We offer an extensive Letting Service to Landlords having many years experience. We offer 2 types of services, which are Let Only and Full Management.

We market extensively using our website, Rightmove, Zoopla and Property Live. In addition there is colour advertising in Property News, To Let board and referral to your database.

Full references will be obtained on prospective tenants including employer’s reference, Bank reference, personal referee, previous Landlord’s reference and Guarantor if required. The Tenancy Agreement will be prepared in line with current legislation.

A schedule of condition and inventory will be prepared. The Local Authority and Utility companies will be advised of a change of occupancy and the rent will be collected and paid to you on a monthly basis less our fee. A Tenancy Deposit equivalent to one month’s rent will be held in an approved Government scheme in accordance with current legislation. We will inspect the property throughout the course of the agreement and should any repairs be necessary we will obtain Landlord’s instructions before proceeding. We will closely monitor rental payments and advise you if tenants do not pay or if there is any breach of the Tenancy Agreement.
